Work in the vineyard is focused on balance and control. Yield is kept within the limits allowed by the position, and harvest is carried out when the grapes achieve clarity and structure, without moving that moment.
After fermentation, the wine enters wood, where it remains long enough to settle and connect. The role of wood stays restrained, keeping the wine within its own frame. This is followed by bottle ageing, without acceleration, until the wine reaches stability.
In the glass, the wine feels direct and composed. Fruit is present, but within structure. A clear line carries the wine through its entire length, with a subtle herbal note and tannins that give it continuity.
