Limited Wines

These wines represent the highest level of attention within the estate. Each wine is treated as an integral part of the estate’s structure, followed from the vineyard to the moment it leaves the cellar, without interruption and without compromise. Their development goes beyond a single cycle. The work begins in the vineyard, continues through controlled fermentation and moves into long ageing in wood, followed by additional time in bottle. The process is not shortened.

This part of the estate includes wines that form its foundation, shaped through years of work and preserved as a direct continuation of what has been built over time. They are approached with respect for their origin, without changing their nature, but with a higher level of attention in every step of development.

Archive wines preserve earlier chapters of the estate and show the evolution of work, time and cellar decisions. They remain a record of previous vintages, working methods and choices made in the cellar.
