Profile
Fermentation begins in January and lasts eight months, followed by a year of stabilization and maturation in dark bottles.
The result is a highly complex dessert wine. On the nose, fig, honey and dried apricot dominate, with notes of carob. On the palate, ripe apricots and cooked plum jam develop, with tertiary aromas completing the experience.
This wine represents a calm and rounded conclusion, like the final point of a meal.
