Riserva
Erudita
Malvazija aged in acacia barrels.
Erudita is shaped through time. It is not defined by the moment it enters the market, but by a process that begins in the vineyard and continues without interruption until the wine reaches its balance. It is based on Malvazija, selected from several positions within the estate, where differences in soil and exposure create a structure that cannot be achieved from a single parcel.

Profile
After fermentation, extended ageing follows in acacia barrels, where the wine remains for at least two years, developing gradually without being directed away from its origin. Acacia does not impose weight. It follows the natural line of the variety, preserving its tension and allowing it to gain depth. The wine then moves into bottle, where it continues to mature until complete stability.
The development is slow and continuous. The aromatics remain restrained, layered and open with time rather than in the first impression. Fruit is present, but integrated into a broader structure, with floral tones and tertiary nuances created by ageing. The texture is defined and calm, without excess, balanced between freshness and maturity.
Production is limited and determined exclusively by the character of the vintage. There is no fixed release rhythm. In some years, the wine is not produced. When it is made, the quantity reflects selection rather than intention.
